Thank you for all your help!  Our trip was great! The resort you recommended was so nice that we felt bad we did not take time to enjoy the grounds because we wanted to spend as much time as possible at the parks.  Your recommendations for park and dinner reservations were great.  The list you gave us of the rides to use Genie + and Lightning Lane for us was so helpful.  We will definitely contact you when we are ready to schedule future Disney vacations.   Thank you for recommending the Memory Maker as well.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Shannon Matteo for her service to us. I contacted Shannon at the end of August to plan a trip for myself and my daughter for mid-October. Shannon quickly booked our trip, booked our flights, and handled our park tickets and our meal plan (including making reservations for all of our dining). Four days before we were supposed to leave for our trip. I fell at work and broke my foot, and had to have a hard cast put on for six weeks. Which meant that I had to cancel my WDW trip for 10-18 to 10-26. I called Shannon on 10-14 hysterically crying and in a panic. She always responded to my calls and emails immediately. Her WDW knowledge is amazing. This was our first trip to WDW and I could not have asked for a more wonderful experience it was truly magical. I can not thank Shannon enough for all of her help and hard work (twice over). We will use her services for any trip we may plan in the future and I will recommend Shannon Matteo and Magical Travel to all of my friends and family. Shannon is truly an asset to your company. I can’t thank Shannon enough for helping make our Disney vacation perfect. She was great with all the reservation changes I made along the way. She is very knowledgeable. She was also on top of the latest Disney news. She sent me info regarding an annual pass event as soon as it was released.
