Vacation Planning Doesn’t Have to be Complicated.

I had put this message on FB messenger, under the top travel agents. I am referring to Kelly Heyman, who is amazing. Here is my message:

Good Morning!
I was so happy to see Kelly Heyman on this list but not surprised at all. She has always, always helped make the most wonderful magic for us. Th,ough I always start my message to her this will be our last time to Disney, we keep going back and mostly because of her assistance, help, persistence in getting reservations and making the most amazing memories for us. Also surprising us with a new deal or savings or a new experince avaiable. Kelly is just the best and I so appreciate all she has done for us over the years. Our last trip was in December and now we are bouncing back for our 45th wedding anniversary in June and Kelly is with us, helping us every step of the way. So much for “our last time going”. I know you will agree when I say Kelly is just an amazing person and travel expert.

Jaime was such a blessing for our family’s Disney vacation plans. She helped with ticketing
and tips and tricks that saved us hours of wait time each day! She remained available to us
even when we were in the parks the day of! Our vacation would not have been the same
without her!

Nicole made sure we had the flights,hotels, cruise ,excursions,our specialty dinner was scheduled without conflicts. She took the time to research any and every question we had. She scheduled calls with us and sent overviews of our calls. We could not have had this vacation of our lifetime planned without her. We will definitely refer her and call on her for any further vacations.

Friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, she helped make my first HHN and RIP Tour experience smooth and easy. There were so many little nuances to the event that I didn’t know about that she helped to discover and clarify before my trip. I would work with her again and will for sure recommend her to those around me.

Working with Nicole to book our family vacation was great. Nicole was always available to answer any and all of our questions. This was my second time working with Nicole and she was wonderful when it came to helping plan both trips. She thought of everything and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way and even reached out the night before making sure she was available for any last minute questions. I’ve already been in contact with Nicole to help us plan our vacation for 2025! I wouldn’t book a trip with anyone else!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole and the incredible job she did planning our Disney vacation. From the very first conversation, Nicole’s enthusiasm and expertise shone through. She took the time to understand our family’s needs and preferences, even going as far as ensuring our daughter’s peanut allergy wouldn’t hinder us. Nicole’s attention to detail was remarkable. She secured dining and experiences for us that worked with our schedule. Her insider knowledge of the parks helped us navigate the app and lightning lanes. Throughout the planning process, Nicole was always available to answer questions and offer support. Her passion for Disney and dedication to her clients truly set her apart. She made us feel confident and excited about our trip every step of the way.
