Nicole made sure we had the flights,hotels, cruise ,excursions,our specialty dinner was scheduled without conflicts. She took the time to research any and every question we had. She scheduled calls with us and sent overviews of our calls. We could not have had this vacation of our lifetime planned without her. We will definitely refer her and call on her for any further vacations.

Friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, she helped make my first HHN and RIP Tour experience smooth and easy. There were so many little nuances to the event that I didn’t know about that she helped to discover and clarify before my trip. I would work with her again and will for sure recommend her to those around me.

Working with Nicole to book our family vacation was great. Nicole was always available to answer any and all of our questions. Nicole was amazing. She helped plan every part of our trip, from picking the hotel to planning dining reservations. She responds to all questions in a very timely manner. She provided us with all of the info we needed to make our ride reservations and sent reminders ahead of schedule when it was time to reserve dining times and book rides, etc. I would not hesitate to use Nicole again and to refer her to anyone looking for help planning a trip.

Nicole helped my family book our cruise back in September. I have used Nicole in the past for a Disney trip. I wanted to have someone that was knowledgeable about cruising to book our family vacation. We needed two separate staterooms for the amount of people going. Everything planned went seamlessly. Nicole was truly amazing from the initial process. Nicole was easy to work with and she was very helpful with any questions I had. She gave great information and directions for the Orlando airport to get our luggage and the shuttle to cabana bay resort. We had an amazing trip to Universal and Epic Universe (my son who is 12 and me! ) this was our 4th time going but this was a way better experience with using Nicole to help plan our vacation.
