Dina Lombardi

My family and I just got back from a Disney Cruise that Dina helped us plan. Dina did an amazing job accommodating everyone! By everyone, I am talking about my father who lives in Arkansas, my oldest son who lives in Maryland, my sister and my brother-in-law who live in Idaho, and my family of four who are in Pennsylvania. Dina communicated with all of us (no easy task since we live in four different states!) and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We had a great family reunion and were only off the boat for about an hour before my kids started to ask me when we are planning our next trip! I won’t ever plan a vacation without Dina again!

Dina recently helped our family plan a trip to Orlando, including a visit to Universal Studios and a Disney cruise. She helped us figure out the logistics and organized everything we needed. I’m so glad we had her to help, she made it so much easier for us all!

Dina made my family’s Disney experience a great one! During the planning phase, she was always available to answer any and all of my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help when it comes to planning a Disney vacation. She also assisted me with making reservations, getting out tickets for the parks, setting up fast passes, and guiding me through the My Disney Experience App. Even while we were there and I had questions she was always available and had all the answers I was looking for. Our family has been to Disney numerous times but this most recent trip this past February was the best one yet. With the help and expertise of Dina, our Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, the ease of planning where we wanted to stay and what we wanted to do became her quest for the perfect trip. From booking the hotel to our room requests, our Disney passes and bands, it was all handled with no worries. She also offered tips on where to eat, handled those reservations as well, found out how we could get groceries, beer and wine delivered directly to our room, tips on how to make and keep your Disney memories and just make the whole experience MAGICAL. I would recommend Dina to anyone planning a Disney trip, or any trip, for that matter! She is personable, professional and knowledgeable, and if there is something she doesn’t know, she will be sure to find out! Call Dina! She is the best!

Dina was extremely helpful for us “first time” Disney goers. She answered any and all questions I had and led us in the right direction for what was fitting for the ages of our kids. I’m not very computer/technology savvy and so Dina purchased, linked and set up our account so that the hard part was done! I couldn’t have done this trip with ease without the knowledge and help Dina provided for us.
