Recently my husband and I took our 4 kids, their spouses and our grandchildren on a Disney cruise. There were a total of sixteen of us. Planning this by myself would have been overwhelming! Luckily we had used Jen and Magical Travel for a trip to the Parks a few years ago. Jen was amazing, from our first discussions about the trip all the way to embarkation and beyond. She has a wealth of knowledge, and her advice was spot on! She was able to book everything for us, including a cabana on Disney’s private island and all the character events we wanted to attend.

I don’t know if people realize that there is no extra fee using a Disney travel agent, but there isn’t! Not all agents are as customer oriented as Jen, though. We used one years ago who was not nearly as good. Her communication ceased once our final payment was made which was disappointing. I’m so glad we discovered Jen through a friend. Highly recommend her services. We would not book with Disney without utilizing her exceptional service!

Working with Jen is wonderful! She is so knowledgeable about all things Disney. She helped us with our trip last year and we had the most wonderful time, and we just booked a Disney Cruise with her as well. Never cruising before, she has had to walk us through everything and is so quick to respond to my millions of questions. She is also sure to make sure all accommodations are in place for our child with a special medical condition which helps set our mind at ease. Jennifer has worked with my wife and I in planning multiple trips to Disney World over the past couple of years. These trips have been for a number of different occasions and itineraries and all of the trips have gone as smoothly as possible. Jennifer is quick to answer any questions we send her way when booking a trip, is always incredibly friendly, and works closely with us to make sure we are always getting the most out of our vacation plans. We absolutely plan to use her for all future Disney plans, and in fact have used her once again recently to book another trip. This latest trip in particular stands out as it was made on short notice. Jennifer still came through with flying colors and we expect that this trip will be as great as all the rest. I can say with confidence that any trip we book through Jennifer is a trip we will be extremely satisfied with.

Jenn has planned 3 Disney trips for us, and her quick response time and attention to detail has made the process seamless. She always gets quotes over to us super fast, helps us get tables at the best restaurants, and makes the process which can sometimes be overwhelming a breeze. Jenn helped me plan an amazing birthday trip for my mom and went out of her way to make sure it was extra special. We wouldn’t plan a trip without contacting Jenn first!
