If you’re looking for an affordable Walt Disney World Resort that still feels unmistakably Disney, All-Star Movies is worth considering.
The resort celebrates some favorite Disney films with enormous characters and movie-inspired icons throughout the property. Kids can find Woody and Buzz Lightyear towering over the Toy Story section, giant dalmatians in the 101 Dalmatians area and plenty of other fun photo opportunities.
For families who plan to spend most of their days in the theme parks, All-Star Movies can provide the Disney Resort experience without spending as much on accommodations.
Rooms at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
Rooms at All-Star Movies accommodate up to four guests, plus a child under age 3 in a crib.

The table bed folds into the wall when not in use, creating a table and additional floor space during the day.
Standard vs. Preferred Rooms
All-Star Movies generally offers both Standard and Preferred Rooms.
The rooms themselves are similar, but Preferred Rooms are located closer to Cinema Hall, World Premiere Food Court and transportation.
At a large Disney Value Resort, location can make a difference. Families with young children or anyone who wants to reduce the amount of walking at the beginning and end of a park day may find the Preferred Room location worth the additional cost.
Pools at All-Star Movies
All-Star Movies has two pools.
Fantasia Pool
The resort’s main feature pool is inspired by Disney’s Fantasia and features a Sorcerer Mickey fountain.
A children’s pool is also located nearby.
Duck Pond Pool
Located in the Mighty Ducks section, the Duck Pond Pool is designed to resemble a hockey rink and provides a quieter alternative to the main pool.
Like Disney’s other All-Star Resorts, the pools do not have waterslides.

World Premiere Food Court
World Premiere Food Court is the resort’s primary quick-service dining location and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Located near the Fantasia Pool, Silver Screen Spirits Pool Bar serves beverages and is a convenient spot to relax during a resort or pool day.
All-Star Movies does not have a table-service restaurant.
