
Packages are booked with the Walt Disney World Travel Company. You will receive
a Walt Disney Travel Company reservation number.

You Are Already Booked
Disney Prices and availability
at Disney resorts can change throughout the year. The price of your package or
room only price can be discounted even after you are booked and a deposit has
been received. When specials are announced we check the availability of the
special discount to see if we can change your reservation to the discounted
price. This pertains to Annual Passholder Rates, Special Code Rates, Special
Postcard and Pin Number Rates. Disney also has special resident rates for
specific states during the year. Usually these specials are based on
availability and we do our best to get you the lowest rate and package price.
Deposit and Payment
Information
A deposit must be made within 7
days of the hold/booking depending on the supplier. For Walt Disney World
Vacation Packages the deposit is $200. Additional payments can be applied
any time up to the final payoff due date. Final payment is due 45 days
prior to arrival. Reservations made 45 days or less prior to arrival must
be paid in full at the time of booking. The Walt Disney Travel Company
accepts most major credit cards.
Details of the deposit and
pay-off will accompany your quote. Your credit card will be charged by the
supplier, i.e.. Walt Disney Travel Company, etc., not Magical Travel. Your
reservation number will be assigned by the Walt Disney Travel Company.
Cancellation and Change
Fees (Magical
Travelsm
will not
charge you above and beyond what the Walt Disney Travel Company charges for
changes and cancellations. The terms below are the Walt Disney Travel Company
Terms which apply to your package.)
For a cancellation made 6 to 44 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of
$100 per package plus any cancellation fees assessed by hotels or other
suppliers. For a cancellation made 5 days or less prior to arrival, there
is a cancellation fee of $200 per package plus any cancellation fees by hotels
or other suppliers. No refunds will be given to no-shows. No refunds are
given for cancellation of a Grand Gathering experience made five days or less
prior to the experience date. Vacation Protection Insurance premiums are
nonrefundable. No refunds will be given for unused admission tickets, options,
or features, including meals.
For a change made 44 days or less prior to arrival or that which results
in a rate change, there is a change fee of $50.00 per package plus any change
fees assessed by hotels or other suppliers. For changes, the change fee
must be paid in addition to any increase in rate resulting from the change.
Vacation Protection Insurance
is highly recommended, especially traveling with children.
An explanation of the Cancellation and Change procedures will accompany your
quote and again with your documents.
Air Travel
Most airline tickets are
nonrefundable, cancellation and change fees may apply. When you make a
change and if there is a difference in the price of the new fare, the difference
and the change fee will be charged. Airline tickets are governed by the terms of
the Airline that the tickets are purchased Magical Travel will not
charge you above and beyond what the Airline will charge for changes and
cancellations.
If we book your air separately
or in a package and seat selections are available we will assign seats.
Seat assignments are not guaranteed. If seat selections are unavailable
they will be assigned at the airport. Early check-in is encouraged.
What are the Passengers Responsibilities?
All Airlines have online check-in; please visit your airlines website for online
check-in information, baggage fees and terms of carriage. The passenger should
check in at the ticket counter at least 1½ hours prior to the scheduled
departure and report to the departure gate at least 45 minutes before departure
time. Flight times are not guaranteed. Magical Travel or their
suppliers are not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, and
cancellations. For security purposes, passengers must show a government issued
photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport at the airport.
Reservations may not be transferred to another passenger.
Terms and Conditions
An explanation of the terms and conditions for your vacation will accompany your
quote and again with your documents. Read the agreement carefully before
making your deposit. Vacation Protection Insurance is highly recommended,
especially traveling with children.
