Denise, We just got back from our
Disney cruise that you helped
arrange for us. The cruise was so
much fun! Gabriel had such a blast
collecting autographs from as many
characters as he could. He filled
15 pages of that autograph book that
you sent us! Even with all the
Disney stuff we bought (pins,
t-shirts, coloring books, etc.) I
would have to guess that his most
prized item is that little autograph
book. Palo was fantastic! Henry and
I enjoyed a lovely dinner
overlooking the San Francisco
skyline on a clear night, it really
could not have turned out better.
Thank you so much for all your help
in booking this trip for our
family. We don't go on vacation a
whole lot, so it's especially nice
when the vacation time we do take
turns out well. We will certainly be
booking another Disney cruise,
perhaps for next year, so we will be
in touch again. Also, some of my
co-workers have asked me for your
contact information, as they are now
thinking of going on a Disney cruise
themselves. So you may hear from
some more folks around here. Thank

Denise,
I received your voice message but
I've been extremely busy since we
returned. The trip was fantastic.
Although we weren't able to dock at
Castaway Cay Island due to the rough
waters, we still enjoyed the day at
sea. My daughter was happy about
every part of the experience from
the excursions to the musicals and
getting to eat whatever she wanted.
We had to drag her out of the
Oceaneer's Club every time. My
husband and I also got the rest we
needed. We are already talking
about the next cruise and that it
needs to be longer.
Having
you coordinate our arrangements was
a huge help. I wouldn't do it any
other way next time. We'll be in
touch for the next trip. Thanks

would like to take this opportunity to thank
Traci Johnsen for her service to us, which was
above and beyond the call of duty. In February,
we contacted Magical Travel to book our July
trip to Walt Disney World. Traci quickly booked
our trip, handled our park tickets, and our meal
plan. In addition, she booked my daughter a
breakfast with the princesses, which was her
most favorite highlight of the trip.She didn't
stop there, though, when her job was finished.
She sent several emails to check if we had
questions or to confirm that we had all the
information we needed for our trip. When I sent
her an email, I usually got a response within a
few minutes, sometimes even after regular
business hours. You don't see that type of
commitment from most people, and I was
impressed. Traci is professional, courteous, and
an "all around" nice person. We will use her

We had a great week and everything went very
well. Jack had a great time at every park and we
feel like we were able to see/do everything that
we set out to do. All of your information was
extremely helpful and the gift basket you sent
was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Animal
Kingdom Lodge was absolutely awesome and we were
bummed to have to leave. Boma was incredible and
we all put on at least 5 lbs this weekJ All of
your information and tips were helpful and made
our experience that much better. Thank you again
for everything, we'll be referring friends and
family to you every chance that we get and Megan
will shoot you a few pictures as well. Thanks

Hi Michele! We're back from what was undoubtedly
the best family vacation we've ever taken!
What an amazing trip! The weather was
great in comparison to what we have here in
south central PA! It was beautiful our
first day, but started raining that evening when
we left the Crystal Palace after dinner and
progressively got worse and was pouring by the
time we left the Magic Kingdom by about
9:30-10:00...but we didn't care! We
tromped around with our ponchos and enjoyed the
65+ degree temp and just soaked up being at
DISNEY! Sunday was the 'cold' day with
temps in the upper 50's, but it was sunny and
beautiful anyway - and we received some 'magic'
from the dream squad that day, so it was
amazing!!! Our youngest daughter, Kelsey
(who turned 6 during our trip), was named an
official Disney "pincess" at Animal Kingdom and
was presented with a crown with a princess pin
on it, a Disney "Pincess" sash, and we got a
personalized tour of a big chunk of AK by the
two dream squad girls who then proceeded to take
us in the "back entrance" to the front of the 90
minute wait line at the Kilimanjaro Safaris!
The driver continued to point things out and
make comments to "Princess Kelsey" on the
safari! She smiled ear to ear the rest of
the day! And not to be left out, our 13
year old daughter was given an "UNbirthday"
button (since her sister had a birthday button)
and also got toy binoculars to be the assistant
safari guide! Monday - Friday it was sunny
and in the upper 60's to mid 70's and just
beautiful! Our last day, Saturday, was overcast
all morning and around 12:30 - 1:00 it was
'misty' - one of those 'is it enough to break
out the poncho or not?' type rains. We
stayed at Hollywood Studios that day until about
4, then headed back to the resort to catch our
bus to the airport. Oh - we were also hit
by a dream squad member in Epcot on Friday while
I was admiring the building LeCellier is in at
Canada and yelling at Joe while taking a picture
that I didn't want to go home...I wanted to move
there! The dream squad lady said, "You can
move here!" She chatted with us for probably 5
minutes and then told us she was with the Dream
Squad and wanted to buy us all ice cream!
NICE! And it's so funny - both times we
were approached by the dream squad, we had no
idea they were with the dream squad...we just
thought they were friendly cast members wanting
to chat!!! One other thing - we went to
the Pirates and Princess party on Monday night
and had a ball! I wasn't sure if I wanted
to do it because we've done the Not So Scary
Halloween Party in the past and weren't thrilled
by it. I'm SO glad we did the P&P party,
though! It was the highlight of our 13
year old daughter's trip...she got to meet and
have her picture taken with Capt. Jack Sparrow!
;-) The rest of us were thrilled to jump
right onto rides that were long waits during the
day...and the parade/fireworks show for the
party were awesome! We're all
terribly sad to be home and can't wait to go
back! It definitely IS the most magical
place on earth! :-)
By the way - I think my boss contacted you
about his family's trip in June. I told
him how great you and Magical Travel are...and
I'll continue to tell anyone else who tells me
they're thinking of going to Disney! You
were wonderful to work with...thanks again for
all of your help in planning our trip...and
answering all of my questions! Hope to work with
you on another trip soon!!!

Michele, I
was going to call you tomorrow. We got
back Sat. night and Sunday was regroup and get
ready for school today. I am sorry I have
not gotten with you yet to let you know we had a
FABULOUS time!!!! It was so great!!
The rooms were great!! They were the
perfect location. My Mom was very happy
about them. They were connecting and very
close to the food court and bus. We loved
the food court at Pop Century. I was
afraid the rooms might seem really small but
they did not. Our Breakfast at the Grand
Floridian was great. There was no one
there at that time. We had the characters
and almost the room to ourselves. We took
the boat from the Magic Kingdom over there and
that was a fun ride. If you get a chance
to go this time of year, it was the best
weather. There was a cool breeze and there was
not a big crowd at all. We just loved it.

Hey Angela! We had a WONDERFRULLY MAGICAL time!!!
Lexi had a blast and would say her favorite part was
meeting all the characters! She can't wait to get
her pics w/the princesses back to add to her
photograph/autograph book! When I learn how I'll
email a couple of photos with her. Everything went
great. Meals were all good. Mike esp liked
Whispering Canyon Cafe so much that we cancelled
reservations on Mon. and made them for there again
:) It did rain a few nights but we were on our way
back to the room. Then a down pour on Monday but we
donned our ponchos/raincoat and kept going. I
love how Disney CM act like it's not even raining!:)
Molly (our 2y.o) says "I want to go to Disney World
when I get to be a big girl like Lexi" so I guess
we'll be going again in about 2 1/2 to 3 years! :) I
definitely look you up!Again I'll send some pics soo!!

You went out of your way when changing our type
of package to get us a better deal (the Fantasy
Package) and the deal with our daughter going
and then not going. As far as the reservations
that you made for us goes, our seats at the
Polynesian Luau couldn't have been better. Also,
I will have to tell you that your promotion for
the Disney Dollars is what attracted me to your
agency. Other agencies offer other things, but
you were the only one that I found that offered
Disney Dollars. I think it is great. I budgeted
the dollars for the "extras", like ice cream,
sodas and other odds and ends that come up. I
have already, and I will keep on, recommending
you to others. I know you work long and hard
hours to do this for us all, and we really do

Everything was great (besides the occasional
thunderstorm in the evening...but I guess that
is typical weather for central Florida). Tiffany
Town cars was also great. Our driver was awesome
and our van even had movies for the kids during
the drive to and from the resort. We covered a
lot of ground in the 5 days we were there and
everyone wished we could have stayed longer! All
in all, it was a great trip THANK YOU FOR ALL

The trip was great it was as magical for me as
it was for the kids!
I want to thank you for all your help and for
all the arrangements you made with
your experienced planning of our itinerary it
really made the trip go smooth, my legs were
tired!!! we did almost everything the only thing
we were not able to do was the countries at
epcot! The breakfast at the castle was
excellent and Chef Mickey was great. We
added two more dinner spots after we got down
there; Tony’s in the magic kingdom and Prime
Time Cafe at MGM. We went to see beauty
and the beast later in the week and play house
Disney. The kids were not crazy about MGM!
I want to plan another trip for Dec. 2005, how
are the packages then and can I plan this far
ahead? I was thinking that early Dec.
would be better then closer to Christmas it
probably would even more crowded, but even if we
do not do Christmas I want to go in 2005!
Let me know what your thoughts are!

Denise -Totally agree. The Dream was awesome -- and we are so glad
that we opted for the concierge suite. The suite was great, and the
concierge service/lounge/sundeck really made a big difference. Where
is Disney going to deploy the Fantasy? Do you know? In terms of the
land portion of our trip, the "villa" rooms were great -- lots of
space, and the kitchenette/laundry were really handy -- we would

thank you again for all of your time and help with the Walt Disney World
Vacation. I listened to other families that talked about the extreme hassle
of putting thru reservations (some waiting 3 hours to book 1 reservation).
Your recommendations and your excel spreadsheet were lifesavers. The
spreadsheet gave us parameters of where to be and how not to go crazy. This
was extremely important to us as an entire week can be exhausting.Thanks for
the Disney Dollars. We applied your Disney Dollars to the Photopass CD.
Definitely -- recommend people getting it there as they give you 3 5x7's
pictures in addition. Combining Disney Photopass and ours I think we took
close to 1000 pictures. Not sure how it happened. The food was great as
well as the character dining meals. It took us a bit to figure out how to
properly use the snack meal (i.e. buy candy, large sundaes, waffle cone ice
cream, etc). Again -- food was great and we even lost weight (not sure as
we ate a lot). Blue Zoo and Coral Reef were our favorites. Boys favorite
was Chef Mickey for breakfast.
Also, you were right about not needing a car. Transportation by Disney was
fine. In fact -- we tried to change it up by taking a bus to Disney Studios
followed by a boat to get to Boardwalk for the Cape May Café dinner. The
boat ride was nice and the kids loved it.
Appreciate your assistance in making the reservations and additionally
cancelling the ones that we didn't need. The trip was a success and you
were extremely helpful the whole way through. The boys can't stop talking
about the trip -- so I think we did good. Seem to be rambling, but wanted
to let you know that I have and will continue to recommend you. Regards,

Michele, The vacation was of course fun and also
strenuous. All that walking around in the humid
heat. Ugh! I had loads of fun though despite. One of
the days I spent at Universal, where my friend Scott
works. I'm in the process of typing out blogs about
my Disney vacation for my MySpace page. The ride I
rode the most was Test Track, because it's such an
odd ride. My favorite show was Philharmagic; that is
so awesome. At Universal the Spider-Man ride rocks.
I love that ride; simply amazing. At the Restaurant
Akershus in EPCOT, the desert was delicious, but it
was so much I didn't have room for all of it.
Anyway, I won't write a whole travel diary here.
Before going on the vacation, I recommended
you/Magical Travel to the person I work with, Misty,
because she's been thinking of taking a vacation
with her son near the start of next year, and WDW is
one of the 2 places she's considering. Anyway, I
recommended you immensely to her. Thanks for asking
about my vacation. Take care, and I might keep in
touch with you in general off and on through the
months, just for the heck of it. And of course,
whenever I can take another vacation I'll contact

I would like to take this opportunity to thank
Shannon Matteo for her service to us. I
contacted Shannon at the end of August to plan a
trip for myself and my daughter for mid October.
Shannon quickly booked our trip, booked our
flights, handled our park tickets, and our meal
plan (includingmaking reservations for all of
our dining). Four days before we were
supposed to leave for our trip.
I fell in work and broke my foot, and had to
have a hard cast put on for six weeks.
Which meant that I had to cancel my WDW trip for
10-18 to 10-26. I called Shannon on 10-14
hysterically crying and in a panic. She
assured me that she would take care of all of
the cancellations and that everything would be
OK. Thankfully I bought the insurance,
which Shannon recommended. Then Shannon
quickly re-planned and re-booked our trip for
12-13 to 12-21. I was impressed with
Shannon's commitment and professionalism.
Shannon answered all of my questions and gave
great advice. She always responded to my
calls and emails immediately. Her WDW
knowledge is amazing. This was our first
trip to WDW and I could not have asked for a
more wonderful experience it was truly magical.
I can not thank Shannon enough for all of her
help and hard work (twice over). We will
use her services for any trip we may plan in the
future and I will recommended Shannon Matteo and
Magical Travel to all of my friends and family.

Angela, Thanks for
your note. We are back and unpacked, but still
sorting through the 600+ photos that we took
while there. It was a wonderful time at Disney
and the weather was (mostly) warm and dry.
McKenna loved seeing all the princesses and
Mickey, Minnie, and pretty much everyone else in
costume, and she rode as many rides as the rest
of us did. Thanks also for the gift basket with
the Minnie doll, photo album, and everything
else in it -- it was a nice surprise and McKenna
ended up sleeping with Minnie every night! We
loved the Wilderness Lodge -- great ambiance,
convenient travel to Magic Kingdom by boat and
bus, and the pools and geyser were great to see.
Our room had a view of the pool and the lake,
and the two queen beds worked out fine. The
only hitch that we encountered was that three
days before we arrived, I had called Wilderness
Lodge directly to ask about getting a room with
one queen and one bunk bed. The hotel
receptionist agreed on the phone but three days
later when we checked in we were told they were
unavailable ( a bit disappointing after we'd
promised McKenna that she was FINALLY going to
get to sleep in a bunk bed). The flag family
opportunity was also unavailable, so I guess
both go very quickly. We went to all the major
parks -- Hollywood Studios (first day), Epcot
(second day), Magic Kingdom (dinner second day,
all third day), Downtown and Epcot (fourth day)
and Animal Kingdom (fifth day), then back to
Magic Kingdom for our last couple of hours
before heading to the airport. The parks that
had the Extra Magic Hours didn't match up with
the parks where our meal reservations were, but
we talked to a Magic Kingdom employee and he
thought that the extra hours actually attracted
more people than was worth it. So it all worked
out fine... McKenna loved Magic Kingdom the best
(surprise, surprise) and especially the Dumbo
ride, Runaway Railroad, and the Goofy
Barnstormer -- probably because she got to ride
on it with Goofy as soon as the park opened
(they picked her to open up Toontown, since she
was dressed in her Ariel costume complete with
crown... she also was the first in line for
Goofy's, Donald's and Pluto's signatures...
definitely princess treatment).
Also, the Cinderella dinner in the castle was
also special, but we'd probably do it as a lunch
next time. McKenna was pretty worn out by
dinner, and we didn't realize that there aren't
any characters to do autographs during dinner
time (just a brief song from the Fairy Godmother
and the two mice). We loved the Japanese dinner
and were equally impressed with the buffet at
Tusker House.... very glad we did the meal plan
and had the reservations lined up. Anyway, guess
that's enough as a summary. Here's two of our
hundreds of pictures, and we wanted to thank you
for setting this up for us. It was a magical
vacation, even if we wound up walking many, many
miles each day.... our favorite part was seeing
how different each of the parks were and
watching the parades and fireworks together as a
family! Thanks again.

Michele, We just got back from a perfect
vacation. Thanks so much for all the assistants you
gave Susan. The room was located just right to
be able to walk to bus and food court without
fainting because of the distance. God just
opened up so many blessings for us.....the weather
was absolutely beautiful everyday....the girls
received some special privileges from the Dream
Team....our breakfast at the Grand Floridian was
soooo special. We were seated at the best
table in the house with plenty of room for the
Disney characters to move among the girls. I
hope you have a warm fuzzy feeling just knowing how
you enabled us to take advantage of so many things.

We had a great time at Disney. The
grandkids were in awe of all the characters they
got to see and have pictures taken with.
Our 13 year old said she was having a "5 year
old moment" when we were at Chef Mickey's. She
was so excited she was clapping her hands and
jumping up and down! It was her first time at
Disney.

behind their houses in Magic Kingdom didn't get
down loaded on our picture pass card. I
gave the card to the photographer but we only
got the family group picture and a picture of
one of the individual families. We didn't
get Jack and me, Kristen's family or our oldest
son's family. It was disappointing when I
went in to look at the pictures yesterday.
We have not down loaded our snapshots yet but
hopefully soon.
Honestly….this was the vacation of a lifetime for our
family. Everyone enjoyed both parks and
downtown Disney. The Music Resort was what
we expected, nice but not fancy. The meal
plan was fabulous and I am so thankful that the
cost of the plan was dropped. There was no
way we could have afforded all the meals with
the characters or even the snacks, quick service
and table service if we had to pay for them.
Thank you so much for using your talents in putting
this trip together for us…we made many memories
