• Occupancy limits - 4 adults, 3 children, 4 total combined, plus one child 2 and under in a crib.
• Maximum of 3 children through the age of 17 stay free in existing bedding with at least 1 adult.
• All units include a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, color television in each room, and a private porch. Master suite also has a whirlpool tub.

Two Bedroom Vacation Home

• Bedding - 1 king bed in master suite, 2 queen beds in the other bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
• Occupancy limits - 7 adults, 7 children, 8 total combined, plus one child 2 and under in a crib.
• Maximum of 7 children through the age of 17 stay free in existing bedding with at least 1 adult.
• All units include a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, color TV in each room, two bathrooms, VCR, and a private balcony. The master bathroom includes a whirlpool tub.
