Our family was planning a vacation to Disney’s Magic Kingdom and was told by friends that Jeri would help us plan our trip. That was a huge understatement. From the time we contacted her, she answered every question and provided us with a package that was tailored to our children’s interests. She came up with the perfect game plan to experience Magic Kingdom in 1 day. She gave us an itinerary, which had our whole day mapped out, and it worked to perfection. I didn’t realize the importance of it until we were there. By the end of the day, we felt we were able to experience the whole park and we certainly could not have done that without Jeri’s expertise. She knew the park inside and out and gave us helpful tips along the way.


Jeri also helped us stay within our budget. We never imagined a trip to Disney could be so affordable. When we decide to return to Disney, our first call will be to Jeri and would recommend her to anyone.

This past November we decided to take our first family vacation to Disney World. We looked on several websites, DVD's, and brochures but really had no idea how to organize the trip to make sure we got to do everything we wanted to. More important we needed to stay within our budget. We contacted Jeri Hall who was referred to us. Jeri was great! I simple let her know our budget, what we wanted to do while at Disney, and the ages of our children so we made sure we didn't miss anything that they would enjoy. Well, I didn't realize all the different options! But, knowing how long are trip was going to be, Jeri made it extremely easy to do all we wanted to and even under budget! I had no idea about Disney's dining plan and how much  money it saved us! I also didn't know what was more cost effective when choosing park passes, hopper passes, and fast passes. Then when it came to resorts, I wanted something nice, lots of swimming available, and shuttles so we would not have to worry about driving, plus it had to be affordable. Jeri made all this very easy and just what we needed. Thanks Jeri for planning our entire vacation and making it perfect!

Going to Disney World for the first time is so exciting! However, once you start planning it is so overwhelming! There is so much to experience; the hotel, food, special attractions, rides, shows, etc. I was so thankful to get help from Jeri Hall. Just talking to her made me more excited because she still sounds excited about going even though she has been there many times.

Jeri listened to me talk about my children and their interest and the things that I thought we would like as a family. She also asked great questions so that she knew exactly what we wanted to get out of our trip to Disney. Jeri was so good at guiding us to the parks that our kids would enjoy the most.

After our conversation, Jeri came up with an itinerary for each day with great tips embedded into each day. From the character dinners, to the fast passes, to which rides to ride when, to the times of show, where to line up, and which vender to get a cookie from……she had it all. It was amazing! My husband and I were thankful for the information, but doubted that we would be able to follow it because of the crowds. We couldn’t believe how well the plan worked. We have used that plan the past two times that we have been to Disney and it has worked both times. Sometimes we don’t do everything exactly, but in general we follow her well thought out plan.

When going to Disney, I definitely think you need a plan or you will end up wasting a lot of time at the parks trying to figure out what to do and when. Jeri Hall is a Disney expert and does a fabulous job planning around the needs of your family. She is fun, easy to work with, and very personable. All our future trips to Disney will be planned by Jeri!

While trying to plan a trip to Disney World for my family I became very overwhelmed. Which resort should I stay at? Which park would my children enjoy the most? "The instructions and information you gave us were wonderful.  We heard many great comments from the employees of Disney as to how nice the info was given to us – the laminated cards with info, etc.  The info on rides, even though we know the park pretty well was extremely helpful.  We were able to get the kids on almost every ride you suggested and that we thought was appropriate.  Hoop dee doo and character breakfasts were a big hit with the kids.  We will definitely talk with you for our next trip to Disney – all ready talking about the next set of grandchildren going…  Parents were jealous! ... We really do appreciate your willingness to help, your response time, and your help in organization for the trip.  It was all very helpful and appreciated!  Thank you!"
