All guests who are staying on Disney property (no matter which airline they are traveling on) can take advantage of the Magical Express service: you and your bags will be transferred from the airport roundtrip for free.  You will not have to retrieve your bags from the Orlando Airport; Disney will get them and send them over to your resort. When you arrive at the Orlando Airport take the tram to the main terminal on Level 3, when you exit the tram you will proceed to the Disney Welcome Center located on the B side on Level 1 (ground transportation).  You will check in with them and be directed to your shuttle.  If you arrive on the A side, please proceed to the B side before going down to Level 1.

The added benefit is for guests who are flying on American, Continental, Delta, Song, United and Ted will have resort airline check-in service for their return trip home.  You will be able to check luggage and receive boarding passes at their Disney Resort hotel (airlines subject to change)

For all other airlines, client’s luggage will be transferred with the client on the motor coach back to the Orlando Airport.

-Disney’s Magical Express Service information booklet will be mailed prior to arrival with general information and luggage tags.

--A reservation for this service must be made for this service. Walk-ups without a reservation will not be transferred.
--Clients will receive a transportation voucher at the Welcome Center upon check-in.
--Luggage will be retrieved on behalf of client (if they have not claimed it already).
--You will be met by a costumed Disney representative upon arrival and directed to the Welcome Center
--Your Disney Resort hotel will be notified that you have arrived to expedite the check-in process.
--You will be notified of their resort departure time the day prior to check-out via a letter.
--The motor coach pick-up time is based on your flight departure time (approximately 2½ to 3 hours prior)
--Bell Services gratuities are included in the inbound service.
--Your flight information will be collected during the booking process.
--Service not available at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel
--Service is only available from Orlando International Airport.
--One way transfers can be booked.
--Luggage only transfers are not available.
