Hi Dave - we arrived home Monday from our wonderful and memorable Disney trip! Every time we got seated at a prime spot table, I thought "I bet Dave arranged this" . Everything went just fine. The Polynesian was great - everyone was so nice and accommodating. It was very good to be on the monorail - so convenient. The kids loved the pool when they got tired mid-day. All the special events were wonderful - loved Chef Mickey's and breakfast with Winnie. Lou and I thought the California Grill was great - our waiter was extremely nice - chatty and joked, never rushed us at all. We used up the gift card shopping here and there. We also used Fast Pass - great concept. So, thank you for all your guidance and advice. Hope you and the family are well and enjoying the Spring.

Dave - we returned late on Saturday night from a very magical week. Thank you for all your advise, help and assistance, to make our first family trip to Disney a very magical one (and one I will never soon forget). Everything was perfect, no issues, problems or concerns. Every reservation was perfect (my daughter was almost in tears she was so excited to see Cinderella and eat in the castle -- an experience that was worth every penny). The hotel was great and very spacious for the 4 of use, plus a double stroller (that we never had to collapse) and a pack and play.

Overall it was just a great experience that I am sad to see is now over. When we return, and we will, we will certainly reach out to you again. I also wanted to let you know that anyone who asks about Disney and planning a vacation I will for sure recommend you and your services as you made it so easy, so unstressful and just a great experience.

There aren't enough words out there that can express the Thank You we have for all you did in making are trip so awesome. We had a grand time and are very sad to be back, but look forward to doing it again in the future.

Dave, Wanted to thank you again for all of your time and help with the Walt Disney World Vacation. I listened to other families that talked about the extreme hassle of putting thru reservations (some waiting 3 hours to book 1 reservation). Your recommendations and your excel spreadsheet were lifesavers. The spreadsheet gave us parameters of where to be and how not to go crazy. This was extremely important to us as an entire week can be exhausting. Thanks for the Disney Dollars. We applied your Disney Dollars to the Photopass CD. Definitely -- recommend people getting it there as they give you 3 5x7's pictures in addition. Combining Disney Photopass and ours I think we took close to 1000 pictures. Not sure how it happened. The food was great as well as the character dining meals. It took us a bit to figure out how to properly use the snack meal (i.e. buy candy, large sundaes, waffle cone ice cream, etc). Again -- food was great and we even lost weight (not sure as we ate a lot). Blue Zoo and Coral Reef were our favorites. Boys favorite was Chef Mickey for breakfast.

Also, you were right about not needing a car. Transportation by Disney was fine. In fact -- we tried to change it up by taking a bus to Disney Studios followed by a boat to get to Boardwalk for the Cape May Café dinner. The boat ride was nice and the kids loved it.

Appreciate your assistance in making the reservations and additionally canceling the ones that we didn't need. The trip was a success and you were extremely helpful the whole way through. The boys can't stop talking about the trip -- so I think we did good. Seem to be rambling, but wanted to let you know that I have and will continue to recommend you. Regards,

All I can say is thank you thank you thank you. We had such a FABULOUS time. It was short but we were able to cram so much in three days. It was three full days but my granddaughters, daughter, son-in law, husband and myself enjoyed every single day. You were so very helpful with all of the reservations from the stay to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique as well as the restaurants you guided us to. We loved the fact that (unfortunately) when we had to check out - it was all done at Old Key West. We did nothing at the airport. I have already given your name to several people who want to go to Disney.
Thank you again for you expertise. It was so helpful to all of us who where first timers.
