Vending machines offering $10 and $20 AT&T Prepaid Phone Cards are available in the locker area on Main Street, U.S.A., the Starcade in Tomorrowland (Disneyland Park) and the Disneyland Hotel.

Disney's California Adventure Park- located next to the Mission Tortilla Factory in the Pacific Warf.

Baby Care Centers provide facilitates for preparing formulas, warming bottles, nursing and changing diapers.  Numerous baby sundries are available for purchase. Diaper machines and changing tables are also located in most men's and women's restrooms.  Diapers are also sold at stroller rental locations.

For the comfort of all Disney's Guests, smoking is allowed in designated areas only.  Please refer to Park signage for designated smoking locations or ask a Cast Member for assistance.


Except for service animals, pets are not allowed in Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure. But, any nonpoisonous creatures can be boarded in the air conditioned Disneyland Pet Care Kennel, which is located by the entrance to the Disneyland Park.  Reservations are not necessary.  Disney Personnel do not handle the animals so pet owners must put their animals into the cages and take them out again. Guests are encouraged to drop by to visit and walk their pets several times a day.  Kennel attendants are not responsible for walking any animals in their care.

DOGS: You must produce proof of vaccinations for rabies, distemper, hepatitis and leptospirosis for dogs over four months old.

CATS: You must produce proof of vaccinations for rabies, panleukopenia, rhinotracheitus and calcivirus.

Current Charge:  $20.00 cash per pet, per day.  Indoor facilities for boarding your pet, available during Disneyland Park hours.  No facilities for boarding overnight.

Disney's California Adventure Park- Located next to the Mission Tortilla Factory in the Pacific Warf.

Refrigerator Facilitites: In the parks, insulin and antibiotics that must be refrigerated can be stored for the day at First Aid. (It does not store breast milk for nursing mothers.)

Other Info: First Aid staffed by registered nurses will store breathing  machines and crutches for guests. It will not dispense medication to anyone under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or chaperone.


Lockers are conveniently located:
-Outside the Main Entrance of each Theme Park
-Inside Disneyland Park at the Lost and Found on Main Street, U.S.A. (behind the Market House)
 and beside the Fantasy Theater
-Inside the Entrance of Disney's California Adventure Park across from Guest Relations in the
 Entry Plaza
Lockers are available in various sizes. Prices are $3, $4, $5 or $6 per day depending on the locker's size. Lockers are limited in number and are available on a first-come first served basis.

Disneyland Park- Guests under the age of 10 are escorted to Lost Children, located next to First Aid on Main Street, U.S.A.  Guests 10 years of age and over may leave a written message at City Hall in Town Square.
Disney's Californian Adventure Park- Guests under the age of 10 are escorted to the Baby Care Center located next to Mission Tortilla Factory.  Guests 10 years of age and over may leave a written message at the Guest Relations lobby, east of the Main Entry Plaza


ATM's
Atm's are located at each parks' main entrance.

Disneyland Park locations: at the Bank of Main Street, by the Fantasyland Theatre, in the Frontierland Stockade, and in the Starcade.

California Adventure Park locations: at the Entry Plaza, by the Bay Area near Golden Dreams, beside Cocina Cucamonga, near Burger Invasion and by Malibu-Ritos.

Downtown Disney location by Haagen-Dazs.

Locations in all three Disneyland Hotels.

Check Cashing
Personal checks may be written for the amount of purchase.  With proper identification, checks may be cashed for a limited amount at the Bank of Main Street. Checks must be imprinted with the guest's name and address, drawn on a U.S. bank.

Credit Cards
Visa is a proud sponsor the Disneyland® Resort,  Traveler's Checks, cash, The Disney Credit Card, American Express, Master Card, Discover and JCB are also accepted at Main Entrance Ticket Booths and in many stores and restaurants.

Disney Dollars
Disney Dollars may be used throughout the Resort on a one-for-one exchange rate with U.S. currency and are sold at all Main Entrance Ticket Booths, some Park merchandise locations and at all Disneyland® Resort Hotel Front Desks.

Foreign Currency
Foreign Currency may be presented for most purchases at the current exchange rate. It may also be exchanged for U.S. currency or Disney Dollars at City Hall and the Bank of Main Street (Disneyland Park) or the Guest Relations Lobby (Disney's California Adventure Park).

Shop throughout the Theme Parks and check your purchases at the Newsstand, Premier Shop or Pioneer Mercantile (Disneyland Park) or Greetings from California (Disney's California Adventure Park) for pickup later in the day.  Disneyland® Resort Hotel Guests may request that purchases be delivered to Bell Services at their hotel for next-day pick-up (available after 7am). Certain restrictions apply.

Please follow all Theme Park signs to the most convenient parking area
Rates:    $8.00 for automobiles
                $10.00 for oversized vehicles, motor homes, trackers without trailers
                $15.00 for buses and tractors with trailers

When visiting Disney's California Adventure™ Park or Disneyland® Park, these vehicles are asked to use the main entrance of the Mickey & Friends parking structure, located off southbound Disneyland Drive and Ball Road. Be aware that the height limit of the Mickey & Friends parking structure is 13'10".

Downtown Disney District Parking
Self-parking:
Your first three hours of parking are FREE. An additional two hours can be validated at AMC® Theatres and at table-service dining restaurants. After that, the cost is $6 for each additional hour, charged in 20-minute increments. The maximum fee is $30.00, plus an additional $6.00 if the Valet is used. Valet Parking: Available from 5:00pm-2:00am for $6.

Parking for Guests with Disabilities
Park conveniently in the first row in the Downtown Disney® District North Lot near the Rainforest Café® and in the first aisle in the Simba Lot to the South, near Disney's Paradise Pier® Hotel.

Staying at a Disneyland Hotel
Self-parking: $5.00 per day, Valet Parking: $15.00 per day.  Some vacation packages include the parking in the price of the package.

Disney requests that no food or beverages be brought into the Theme Parks.  A picnic area is located west of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance for your convenience.


Disney works diligently to offer a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience for all their Guests. Please assist them by showing common courtesy to fellow Park Guests.  Please be respectful of others.  Do not use profanity or engage in unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior.  Proper attire- including shoes and shirts - must be worn at all times in Disneyland Park and Disney's California Adventure Park.  Please abide by all safety warnings and notices:

-For your safety while on attractions, please keep your hands, arms, legs and feet inside the vehicle at all times.  Supervise children at all times
-At parade time, please honor designated viewing areas and crosswalks.
-For the comfort of those around you Disney request that there be no flash photography, eating or drinking in any attractions.

Stroller Rental Fee:  $7.00
A limited number of stroller rentals are available on a first-come first-served basis. Rental vouchers may be pre-purchased at any Main Entrance Ticket Booth or at rental locations inside the Parks.  Strollers cannot be accommodated on most attractions.

Local calls from most pay phones in Southern California costs 35 cents.  Most hotels in the same area charge 75 cents or more for local, toll free and credit card calls made from your room.  Try to use a public pay phone, it is worth making the trip to the hotel lobby.

If you plane on connecting to the internet be sure to bring local access numbers with you.

Long distance calling policies vary from hotel to hotel, charges are always higher  than they would be for direct-dial calls made from a pay phone. Use a calling card when dialing long distance.


Located on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park. Provides AAA services to members, including hotel reservations.  They also provide towing and flat tire services to non-members during Park hours without assessing a fee.


A limited number of wheelchairs and ECV's (Electric Convenience Vehicles) are available to rent:

Standard Wheelchairs -$7.00, plus a $20.00 refundable deposit.
ECV Rental - $30.00 plus a $20.00 refundable deposit. Credit card deposit and Driver License are required.  Guests must be at least 18 years of age to rent or operate an ECV.
